Facility Engagement Management Software (FEMS) is where you will submit your claims. Ensure that yourself and all medical staff involved in your project are signed up with FEMS.
- Please ensure that each claim (either hourly work or other expenses) are accompanied by a detailed note outlining the exact nature of the work
- Claims must be appropriately documented and submitted within 90 days of completion or they will not be paid.
- Claims occurring in February and March of each year must be submitted within 30 days of completion.
