- Ensure the project fits under our funding umbrella (e.g. not for activities otherwise claimed for CME, not for activities required for maintaining hospital privileges)

- Funding guidelines are developed by the Doctors of BC

- Each proposal will be reviewed by a member of the executive as well as our project manager and we will endeavour to follow up within 30 days of your proposal.
- You will be asked to present your proposal at the next advisory board member meeting (link to website calendar, 2nd Tuesday every 2nd month) for final approval
3. Final Approval.
- Executive and board members will have a chance to ask questions, suggest changes or resources and will vote on what monies will be allocated to your project.
- Budget approval will depend on many factors including the amount of monies already committed for the year.
- All requests to increase budget or extend timeline on an already approved project must be voted on by the advisory board members.
- You will receive an email when you reach 75% of your budget to ensure that you have time to plan ahead.
